Shipping and returns
Shipping
Delivery time:
We pack and ship your order from Tønsberg within 1–2 business days. The parcel is sent with Posten (Norway Post) and usually arrives within 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs:
Shipping is free on every order, whatever its size.
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number by email when the package has been shipped.
Returns
Right of withdrawal:
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the day you receive the package, under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). You do not need to give any reason.
How to return:
Send an email to info@hurtigberedskap.no with your order number and you will receive the return address. You pay the return shipping yourself, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refund:
We will refund the full purchase price no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until we have received the item. If the item has been used more than necessary to check it, we may deduct the reduction in value.
Exchanges:
If you would rather have a different package, return the one you have and order a new one.
Damage, defects or deficiencies:
Was the package damaged in transit, or is something missing? Take a picture and send it to us as soon as possible, and we will take care of it. You have the right to make a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven).
