Who is responsible?

Skyskaperen AS (org. no. 932 924 374) in Tønsberg is the data controller for personal data collected on hurtigberedskap.no. You can reach us at info@hurtigberedskap.no.

What we collect

• When you shop: name, address, email, phone number and what you have purchased.

• When you write to us: what you write and your contact information.

• When you sign up for the newsletter: your email address.

• When you visit the website: technical data such as browser type and IP address.
  

Why we use the information

• To deliver your order and provide you with customer service.

• To meet the requirements of the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.

• To send newsletters and reminders once you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

• To find errors and improve the website.
  

Who we share with

We never sell your information. We only share it with the providers we need to operate the store: Wix (the online store platform), Posten (shipping) and the payment providers for Vipps and cards. Your card number is processed by the payment provider and is not stored with us.

How long we store

We store order information for as long as required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. We delete inquiries when the case is closed. We delete the newsletter email address when you unsubscribe.

Cookies

The website uses cookies, among other things, to make the shopping cart and checkout work. You can delete or block them in your browser, but then the shopping cart may not work.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we have about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to or ask us to limit the processing. Write to info@hurtigberedskap.no. If you believe that we are not following the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
